Latency Issues

[link to this post]

Hi there, I've been having latency issues for quite awhile now. My ingame ping to UK based server are hovering around 70-90ms compared to the 20-40ms people from my area are getting. I've got no additional background applications / programs / process running. My line is interleaved which might contribute to the high latency. So my question, Is there a way I can arrange with BT to have it turned off? Thanks in advance.

Interleaving normally adds only about 20ms to latency. Which of course isn't to say it isn't the problem in this case.

Hi guys, thanks for the replies. I gave BT a call yesterday and after about half an hour the guy on the other end told me I should be receiving a call confirming interleaving being switched off. It's been 2 days and still no phone call. Should I just try call them again? Thanks again.

If you can find and post the error stats from your router we can tell from those. This page may help find them.
