Since BT Vision turned off BB only syncs at 2MB, rather 4MB

Hi,

Not sure if anyone can help me with this one. My line sync speed with BT and many other previous ISPs use to 3.5MB and sometimes 4MB.

I recieve BT BB and until December 2010, received Vision TV. Practically to the day I cancelled BT Vision, my line sync speed dropped to 2MB and has constantly resynched at this speed for 3 months.

Contacted BT BB Support and they say that nothing is wrong with the line and they are probably correct, however the loss of 2MB sync speed seems to suspicous. After all BT Vision needs 2MB and with sync speed I have now, BT Vision would never have me.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? Seems a pain that I live around 1.8 miles from the exchange (even closer in a straight line) and speed I did have is being stripped away.

A network upgrade is due to happen on Monday for my line. Can't see anything changing other than I probably do get my 3.5MB back and not higher
