I got my 80 GB reached email in the month, so on that date I worked out how much I could play with before the end of the month. The end of the month came and YAY no 100GB email. But on the 2nd on May came the email and now I'm been capped at peak times.
These LATE emails make it really difficult to work out how much we have left to play with.
This has now affected my business, as last month was a particularly busy month and I had to rebuilt quite a few PC's, so all the Windows updates etc. all add up. I did a PC last night, and it just took absolutely ages to do all the updates. About 4 times as long. Yes I could do them during the day, but I'm out at peoples premises fixing things.
I wish these emails that came out had "as on the **th of this month you reached 80GB" so that I could work out to be careful.
Now jobs that I'm doing in the evenings here at home are just going to take so long to complete, so I have a feeling it is going to add a day to fixing the PC/Laptop for the customer, which they are not going to be very amused at.
Now thinking about getting ADSL on my second phone line just so that I can keep my business at speed. Something that I really dont want to do as cash is tight now a days
