Monthly Allowance & throttling
[

Received a good offer from BT and am thinking of returning to them after leaving some 5 years ago.
Is there any improvement in their helpdesk?
Are they still throttling P2P/torrents?

No
Yes
But... there are changes to the FUP inc. download caps, additional costs and the notional cap on Option 3 is raised - a lot..
Many posts on the BT forums - a summary here
