Infinity problems southampton/botley

Hi anyone having issues connecting to certain websites on FTTC in the southampton area, botley exchange?
Some websites load normaly while others will just sit at "connecting" or "waiting for responce" for ever.
others partially load with spining loading symbols where graphics should be.
i have cleared my cache, power cycled my router rebooted pc......pretty sure the problem isn't with me. it seems to be a lookup problem, not a bandwidth issue as speed test's showing i have all the bandwidth i should have.

try changing your DNS servers to google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)

It seems better now, without changing anything. If it plays up again i will try changing my dns server.
