Where has my speed gone?

past few weeks my connection has been useless.

Sync speed is in my sig and I'm getting no errors at all.

But my throughput and everyone else in my area are getting poor service

Current speed.

My Broadband Speed Test

Download speedachieved during the test was - 2.02 Mbps

So what has the response to your fault report been?

yeah phone fine.

I don't believe this fault lies on my Dside or cab tbh.

An engineer is coming out on the 10th of January, but I don't think It will solve anything, this is a much wider issue.

It will slowly start getting better after midnight and be back to normal by 1 to 2am, then back to rubbish around 5pm onwards
