I'm moving home and am signing up to BT Fibre. Could someone please explain the difference between "BT Infinity Option 2" and "BT Infinity 2".
From the BT website:
Unlimited Broadband and Calls with BT Infinity
BT Infinity Option 2 with up to 76Mb connection speeds, 19Mb upload speeds and an unlimited monthly usage allowance
Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls to UK landlines after 7pm weekdays and weekends
Only £17.25 a month, plus line rental, on an 18 month contract
Compared to this:
Unlimited BT Infinity 2 + Calls
BT Infinity 2 with up to 76Mb connection speeds, 19Mb upload speeds and an unlimited monthly usage allowance
Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls to UK landlines after 7pm weekdays and on the weekends
BT Family Protection parental controls
BT NetProtect Plus online security
Online storage
FREE for the first 3 months, £26 a month from month 4, plus line rental, on an 18 month contract
Is "BT Infinity Option 2" an older product with p2p shaping? I'd rather not be shaped. I don't care about the protection/online storage stuff.
Thanks
Pete
