He didn't scare me - it's only a broadband install.

I've come from 165mbps so anything I get is fine with me. I just wanted real fibre with 24/7 upload rather than 4/7

You do know that FTTC is only fibre to the cabinet, so NOT real fibre.

Yes I am aware of that.

I was referring to something else. And also to a comment where someone compared BT to VM saying it was " real fibre"
