Well I find that anything I use for wireless doesn't require full bandwidth anyway

Fell overnight to 71 and the maximum speed went from 79 to 85

Yes has changed to 7.8/7.0 from 7.6/6.6

Possibly some TR069 management going on by BT. You can check in the event log.
