Help!
Since about midday on Sunday 7 Sept, although I can access all my emails via BT Web Access (address [email protected]), no hypertext Links work when clicking on them. Applies to any email with Links.
Problem still there as of posting this and is apparent using Windows 7 and Google Chrome and also on my Wife's Mac Pro.
Anyone else seeing this problem?

Have just accessed a ********@btconnect.com account and hypertext links worked on selected email.
Using WinXP and FF

Just checked emails again. Still the same problem.
However, not that its too relevant, Links work in any normal Web pages, it's just email Links that will not click.
If I copy the Link address into the search bar, this works, but is a convoluted way to do things.

Is there an "anti-spam/phishing" setting that stops links working? I know that in Outlook any mails moved to "Junk" have links disabled.
I have also tried again, no problems. I read the notification email for your post in Outlook and clicked the link. Went to the Web portal, logged in and read the same email, the link had changed colour to show it had been accessed already.

Thanks.
Have now spoken to BT (isn't India nice at this time of year) and after 45-minutes, the agent can see the problem but needs to escalate to find a solution. Promised to get back by this evening.
Surprised no other users see the problem.

Sorry, got to add...
It's not a Virus etc problem.
I've never noticed if Links in Junk Folder have Links disabled.
Problem MUST be with BT Web Mail as two different PC's using Windows on one and Apple Mac Pro on the other and with different email addresses show same problem.

I had exactly the same problem, a link in an email from a courier company should have read:
www .couriercompany.co.uk/dynamic/track.php?parcel=XXX99999
but when viewed via BT webmail the link (though not the text) was transformed to:
https ://btmail.bt.com/www.couriercompany.co.uk/dynamic/track.php?parcel=XXX99999
I posted a message about this on the BT forums on Aug 6th and have received no replies.
(note spaces added to addresses to avoid turning them into clickable links)

There are other issues with BT webmail, an email I received on 07/08/2014 has 'Yesterday' as the date received!

No, all my emails via BT Web App show correct time and date.
Just can't directly click on any Links in emails.
Particularly frustrating for my Wife as she likes to use a touch-screen with no Mouse to Right Click on to see and access a link address to a new Tab to circumvent the problem!

Why India?
@BTConnect is the Business email so you should be getting a UK based help desk.
Which WebAccess are you using?

As my 'phone is residential and email account is business (for historical reasons), got the India help centre instead of the UK business help.
Since spoken to UK centre but they cannot advise on the apparent problem as they have not seen it before.
Frustrating...

And what is your Broadband on? Residential or Business?
Are you accessing it through: https://login.microsoftonline.com/ ?

Particularly frustrating for my Wife as she likes to use a touch-screen with no Mouse to Right Click on to see and access a link address to a new Tab to circumvent the problem! On my Win 8.1 touchscreen if I press on a link for a couple of seconds rather than tapping I get the right-click menu comes up.
