Go to this screen. Make sure it is on "All forums", enter BT_Care into the search box, select search by "Username", and select "All posts" smile

If you also look here you will see they checked their PMs within the last 10 minutes. Except they didn't! A bot did.

I seriously doubt they've automated anything, just dragged a kid off the streets of Bangalore and sat him down in front of an IBM XT.
