Yeah, that's about where I thought it might be - I'll double check on the way home.

Mate of mine is a manager at Openreach and he lives VERY close to that cabinet. Maybe he could be persuaded to get it bumped up the upgrade queue smile

Mind, he lives so close he probably gets pretty good speed anyway. But he does like a drink...

Unlucky, you're on an ECI cabinet so no G.INP for you yet.

Is that it? https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@53.907445,-1.682795,3...
That seems to be their cabinet, its in that area where addresses have the highest fibre speeds and at this angle if you look carefully you can make out the 13 on it: https://goo.gl/maps/CAxvy

It's 0.7 miles from our house.

I guess that explains the low speeds ?

You IP Profile of 17.42 calculates back to 17.998Mbps connection speed. Within the estimates you've posted, but we frequently see near the top end of the "Clean" range.

Something looks to be not quite right but I think it unlikely BT Consumer or BT Wholesale would accept a fault report, and that would stop it even getting to Openreach.

If you sometimes get 20Mbps on speed tests it could be your line is flapping between Fast Path and Interleaved.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync 60000/16961kbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM

If you login to your router and select troubleshooting and then help desk you can get your connection info.

They are fields 6 to 9 on that page.
