BT use the Oracle RightNow Service Cloud as the platform for some of their customer help pages.

Or simply, http://www.custhelp.com/

Oracle also offer a facility to host RightNow under the customer's own domain name, so BT could set it up as help.bt.com if they so choose: http://communities.rightnow.com/posts/82053be74c/com...

Could be a recommendation to make Oliver341. Would make it more consistent.

Though BT may also need to change some of their systems to use their own domain to send out emails that use the Oracle RighNow system. Having a look at previous emails I have some BT Customer Care emails from [email protected]
