The thing is the footnote says an open order on your line due to complete 2nd June
I've not ordered anything.

only looked as I was curious.

I think this is sometimes due to BT or the ISP making changes to a way a service is delivered that are not customer impacting.

Ian's right I think, I saw that on my line when the exchange was turned over to 21CN.
