I'd say, as others have, that your figures are pretty much spot on.
I think, in reality, you might consider yourself rather lucky to have figures so near your "purchased package" - many don't.
I'm on 80/20 with BT - and my figures are consistently 60/65 down & 14/18 up, and I have no problems with those figures at all.
There are so many variables, in each customer's circumstances, that you'll not likely get the exact figures you "pay for".
Be happy with what you have - many would be glad to have such figures.
But if you moved to a 55/10 product then you would be just as lucky as the OP as you would get the "maximum" sync speeds for the product. The OP could actually be less lucky than you as if they were on a 80/20 they may not see speeds as fast as yours.

The reason the OP is lucky is that they have ordered a 55/10 package - you are on 80/20 but would be just as "lucky" as the OP if you were on 55/10 as you would get the full speed you are signed up for. The OP is no luckier than you are and perhaps less lucky as their top sync may not be as high as yours if they were on the 80/20 package.
Hello Ian,
I must be having a senior moment - as I still don't understand the point you're making!
My original post merely repeated what others had said - namely the the OP's figures were appropriate: nothing more nothing less - and that he could consider himself lucky, as many, many people have nowhere near such a delivery..
Cheers, Les.
You stated the OP was lucky they were getting near enough what they paid for. You then used yours as an example of someone not getting what they paid for. However, yours was not a good comparison as you were on 80/20 whereas OP was on 55/10 - if you were on 55/10 then you would also get near enough your paid for speeds.
I was highlighting that the OP isn't lucky, it just happens the OP has selected a package that is suitable for their line speed.
