So this is actually my daughters new build house with I believe BT FTTP.
They signed up with BT a couple of months ago and its been fine.
A week or so ago they were told that their line was being taken over.
They phoned BT to say that this was news to them and they wanted to stay with BT and it was supposed to be sorted.
BT cut off their internet yesterday.
They phoned BT yesterday and it was supposed to be switched back on by the afternoon.
Today they have been told that the internet won't be switched back on for 3 weeks because of a fault!
They both work from home as my daughter is high risk to Coronavirus.
They are at a loss what to do to get the internet switched back as soon as possible.
Any suggestuins would be graefully received.
