MAX Adsl speed drop offs!

Is anyone else finding their 8mb packages dropping off to around 2.5mb's during the day?

Between midnight and 6am I will get 7.1mb, and no matter what I'm doing from 7am onwards the connection drops down to a crawl at between 1.3mb-2.5mb, occassionally getting up to 4.5mb (very rarely), then its like they release my line at midnight and the speed jumps straight back up. Its annoying as hell.

My speed never goes about 2mb but doesn't really drop below. ONly thing that's improved for me is my upload speed.

Seems that the speedtester.bt.com is unreliable!!! And that speeds are much faster then its quoting!!!
