BRAS profile question and throughput

Was trying to work out last night where my BRAS was set too !!
As when it was raised last weekend he didn't say what too !!

So if I am getting max speeds of:
Download Speed: 5914 kbps
Upload Speed: 374 kbps

According to this:

I am between:
from 6240Kbps 5.5Mbps
from 6816Kbps 6Mbps

I am assuming the higher one of 6816kbps is the right one but am not sure !!

My line is pretty stable at that with 1 (sometimes 2) disconnection late at night but when tested was found to be a contention issue !!

I am happy with what speed I have as I was only predicted 5meg but just wanted to know for certain where i stand !!

Clouded can BT force a higher bras profile ?

edit : is there a uk number anymore? im getting the run around!

No UK number anymore they are only dealing with issues via the feedback form in the sticky on this forum!

Well your question re. manually altering BRAS all I can say is they have once manually unstuck mine to the 5meg predicted and now the other weekend to whatever it is now!

So I would say YES
