[link to this post]

ive had 8 mb bt now for over 3 months and its nothing short of a total disaster. Ive lost count of how many tmes ive been stuck below 2 mb speeds until i got it fixed via the feedback link that mr saffron provided. Now that that link is now dead i have been stuck below 2 mb speeds ever since. I have rang india must be 40 times and rang every other number aswell but all to no avail. Ive been told its being passed to bt wholeasale a few times but again, never heard another thing about it and its still not fixed.

The feedback link removal was the WORST mistake bt ever made, second to that of going to bt INDIA...

Taking the lifeline away from the british folk was stab in the back

Calm down, sounds like you have the problem of escalations.

Phone India explain your problem and JUST before you hand up request a case ID or reference number. They will give you one if they have noted what you said. Then wait if nothing has happened go to bt.com at the bottom click on feedback and then complaints.

Fill out the form say you don't want anybody from India dealing with it. Or you could phone 0800 800 150 and ask to speak to a manager in complaints. If they ask where say no just ask for the complaints dept.

Why it is a complaint all the same. I would still pursue it as a complaint as it is.

I know when I complained that it just got sent off to India well the guy connected me to them, he said I will call you back on Sunday at 2. Hmm well I am still waiting a week later, I don't think it will happen.
