30kb/s-50kb/s on a 4mbps connection rating , is it possible to some how get the exchange to retrain the bras profile or detect the new bras sync rate?
Has been stuck on this speed for three weeks now, i should be getting 400kb/s!

no need, BT techs will need to report it to wholesale and get them to look at it.

after 3 days approx. But it will go down straight away if a lower sync is detected.
BTw were meant to fix the 3day wait down to 75mins but I still have to wait 3 days for mine.
