I just want to be clear.

Are you saying that a geographic number for Broadband Talk will always be 0151? i.e it is not dependant on where you are in the UK.

No. It will be particular to the location of the line in question

No..

I live within the Liverpool code of 0151.. so therefore my BT Talk number starts with 0151 249 ????

You should get a number local to you, for example if you are in Chester you would get a 01244 number, if in Warrington you would get a 01925 number etc etc.
