Is my homehub dead?

[link to this post]

My net and wifi connection died earlier on this evening. I realise now it was doing an upgrade as all the lights were flashing on my hub. Unfortunately i unplugged it during this time and now when it powers on the lights flick on the all goes dead. Have tried a master reset but to no avail. It seems completely conked.

I'm a bit [censored] off really as i had to read to page 40 of the manual that i shouldn't turn off the hub when the lights are all flashing like that. BT should write it in big letters on the hub if this is whats going to happen.

Will BT replace it for me? And if so how quickly. I may go and get a decent adsl router tomorrow for backup anyway.

Thanks

Try to download the firmware from http://www.btopenworld.com/broadband/adhoc_pages/hub_firmware.html

And try running the recovery tool, turn off all firewalls and disable Norton while it
