Home Hub Port Forwarding

I'm trying to tell someone how to configure Port Forwarding and not knowing exactly where inside the hub it is is rather difficult over the phone given this person is pretty dumb.

They're managed to log into the hub! can someone please give me the links that will lead me to them port forwarding page?

I did find a guide online but apparently this hub has a newer hub manager and therefore the links are different.

On the latest firmware create the rules here

Then assign the new rule here from the dropdown box

The instructions which the agents on the end of the phone are for the old version of the home hub's firmware.
