Hmm I am not sure about it, somebody posted here earlier on in the week that they were experiencing problems with BB talk but everybody that posted back had no issues.

A strange one maybe just one of those things. I don't even know if broadband talk is effected by location as my call terminates in Reding at the moment. With IP address 62.239.169.232 on a UDP protocol.

i have all new kit connected now
router/ata/cat5/adsl filter and phone cable from socket to router and its just the same ? all connected into the main wall socket so whatever it is its beyond my control .

just logged a fault on the online reporting page at bt.com even though i have rang today ! i'll await and see the outcome.

I suspected this earlier. Call up tech help and see what they suggest. You will most likely get to speak to broadband talk help desk.

I had a similar problem but never noticed the light. Once you have been signed into broadband talk for some time it appears to stop working. I did mention it to BT but it went away shortly after I said about it. The same thing happens with broadband talk softphone.
