Yes I mentioned that earlier that they are not blameless however the operator also said that it should be in the BT Openworld info that I had there as it would have all been sent out at the same time so they have not included it so that is their bad.

As for the MAC I am well aware that I need the security for that I meant after I get this mess straightened out really especially as Enta for example I can have static IPs for no extra charge making my life easier for setting up a VPN, remote access etc rather than paying about

It might be worth posting to the BT support newsgroup
Someone may have a solution or workaround and BT support personal occasionally monitor the group

I've sat down and laid the whole thing out this afternoon to Ben Verwaayen as I just dont have the time to spend dealing with it. I have an allowance of 3 hours a week to deal with those 2 sites with ADSL and everything else IT wise on top.

Fingers crossed it will now all get sorted out and if they get a little something back for their hassle and for paying
