Net work key

I cant use the hub because windows keeps asking me for a key.How to I find this?

Or you can go here - http://192.168.1.254/cgi/b/_wli_/seccfg/?ce=1&be=1&l0=4&l1=0 (username - admin / password - admin ) and create your own one.
