Try logging on to the Home Hub via telnet
First, you need a command prompt.
To do this go, START > RUN... > Type "cmd" (without the quotes).
Once at the cmd prompt, type :> telnet 192.168.1.254
Enter your user name
Enter you Password:
A prompt like the one below should appear.
_{Administrator}=>
Your in.
To exit, simply type "exit" (without quotes)
When logged in, issue the following commands:
:dns server route flush
:dns server route add dns=208.67.222.222 metric=1 intf=RoutedEthoA
:dns server route add dns=208.67.220.220 metric=1 intf=RoutedEthoA
:dns server route list

The server IP addreses above are for OpenDNS
