lol.

I just got my MAC code and it took me 10 minutes to write it down because I couldn't understand what letters and numbers I was being told. It got quite embarrassing after a while, but it kept reminding me of why I wanted to leave BT!

They're probably so used to giving out MAC codes that they got mixed up when you mentioned the MACintosh computer

Nah, even if you said you were running Unix / Linux they still would've asked you to open up Internet Explorer!

lol.

I actually had to queue for about 10 mins just to get through to someone at their MAC call center, and that's at 15:30 on a wednesday afternoon!
I think there are a hell of alot of people leaving. I just feel sorry for all the people stuck in 18 month contracts.

It should be made a law that companies who do support for other countries must be taught to be perfectly understandable. If i get any cold calling from an indian i put the phone down now , i feel like im a second rate citizen to these companies!

I remember when I first joined many folks called them Ravi Shankar. Who did you speak to erm Ravi Shankar.

Some of them know their stuff but others well lets just say they used their Citrix remote access to get into my computer he opened IE7 as donated by the new style logo and the different GUI he then looked about trying to find out which version it was. I thought it would have been obvious.

The citrix software is good but their is an issue with the screen re-sizing on it, I run my primary LCD display at 1280 by 1024 and a second LCD TV at 1680 by 1050 and the agent was unable to see the screen it was re-sized so small to fit everything in.

They have improved the overall service received from them but you still have bad seeds.
