BT UK Helpdesk Number with PIN

[link to this post]

After speaking to the FUP department yesterday concerning the slow speeds during the evening they confirmed that i was not being throttled due to excess usage. They passed me on to a UK technical helpdesk who was very helpfully. He said i should phone them back when the speeds where low. Unfortunately i must have had a dyslexic moment and wrote the number down wrong. The number i have is 0800 078120 which does not exist. Does anyone know what the number should be? I have a PIN number to enter once the call is answered.

Thanks

Unfortunately they do not know the number, they just transfered me by some internal mechanism, it was the guy on the helpdesk that gave me the number.

They have advised me to ring 150 and ask to be put through to the UK help desk.

At least they confirmed my speeds where not being limited because of high usage, that must mean that BT are generally throttling port 80 traffic i guess.
