Hi a friend of mine is using bt internet and doesn't get messages sent to her via the isp sapo in Portugal, the messages she sends to her friend in portuga are received okl but when her friend replies to them they don't appear, I wondered if anyone else had experience of this, she's checked her spam mail and nothing going in there

Go to Options, Filters in webmail and check there are no filters set up relating to that ISP

ok thanks another thing I was looking at was her antivirus she's using kaspersky, so i'll have to investigate that
