Settings for QOS on Voyager

[link to this post]

Crossposted for which apologies. I hijacked someone elses thread to ask this question which on reflection was notvery polite so here it is again:

In reference to using other routers with BT Vision. QOS on my 2500v seems to ask for a "Traffic Class name" input in a text field, the rest are pull down choices of priority levels.

Traffic Classes are ofc ftp, voip, http etc, but Im guessing that there needs to be some port commands with correct syntax in there somehow?? Im guessing something like FTP (TCP:20) which I have a vague memory of Cisco using.

Anyone know exactly what its asking for in that text field?

A taker.
I have my Vision attached to a voyager2500v as well. In view of the QOS issue I have not used it on On Demand yet. Not a lot appeals on there anyway but would like to try it. Are you saying that the IP Profile returned to normal after you stop using On Demand?

I noticed as well the QOS settings feature in the 2500v but being non technichal it means nothing to me.

I do not use the Home Hub as I have low resyncing issues with it.
