Now I know this is not a big increase but wanted to know why, I think I've found the reason.

I used to ping 22ms to bbc.co.uk, now it is 34ms. You can see the big step up occurs at Birmingham.
Does anyone know what this is. Why has the ping increased?
Will it ever go back down again?
