How do I get my BT Vision box?

I recently switched to Bt and requested the BT Vision box for �30.

A note in the Homehub box packaging said I'd get an email telling me how to order the Vision box. I've not received this email, although I suspect its my faut, I forgot to add the BT email to my Thunderbird spam filter.

Anyway, I have not been able to find anyway to request a Vision box. I've used the contact box on the BT help pages, but got no reply. Anyone got any sugegstions?

That gets me an error "Sorry there is a technical problem ...."
