Bt Broadband renew

Hi,

Today I received a letter from BT offering me �2 a month off my monthly subscription, if I renew now for another 12 months, bringing my monthly rate down to �22.99.

What do you think the possibility is of me getting a new hub out of them if I tray and negotiate over the phone, and which number is the best one to call for such regrades.

Could try 0800 800 030, getting a new hub should be a fairly easy task

Should be able to get a new hub, phone and a better discount than that one!!!!

You should be able to get �19.99 + free Vision, or �15.99 (with no vision) ... plus the usual free new hub2.0 and phone + digital vault etc.
That's what they offered me when I said I was leaving for O2 (didn't stay with them as I wanted ADSL2+).

we got �5 off for life when we renewed. ring them.

Should be able to improve on deal....See my previous post....
