Another 12 months...

Just changed my package from Option 3 to Option 1 online as my contract is up. I've had great speeds and reliability for a few months now so i'm happy to stay with BT, plus they are giving me a new HomeHub.

I don't think I could cope with 10Gb a month, If I was going to change to a lower package to save money then I would look elsewhere.

Can I ask how much you are paying for Option1? I am thinking of doing the same and hope to pay less than the �15.99 they quote to new customers.

A cosmetically looking nice router and nothing else, would not keep me from staying. The home Hub is a gimmick that has nothing to offer except good looks.

there is nothing special about the homehub it is just a badged Speedtouch. I do like the look of the new version 2, better than the one I have. There are ways to unlock the hub anyway. I have to stay for at least another 13 months.
