Oh I see. So the fact that it was switched on in the first place doesn't mean there was anything wrong with my line?

I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed that my line stays stable once my interleaving is switched off.

Anyway if there is a chance my line could become unusable I better get some dial-up settings set up just in case

According to my home hub it re-synced 11 hours ago to 8,128 kbps downstream and 448kbps Upstream. So the speed has increased a bit. My IP profile is still 6500k so hopefully that will go up in a few days as well if my line stays stable.

Now I can go and play cod4 and see if the lower pings help me

Profile should rise to 7150kbps, but it's a small jump so could be 4-5 days.

I guess my first post got overlooked, so I will try again.

Could I please get somebody from BT Support to switch off interleaving on my line as well.
