I'm new to the forum smile.

I hope you don't mind but I have PM'ed my number too. I did call BT around 2-3 weeks ago for this to be turned off and as of yet, it hasn't. So hopefully you can do it for us smile.

I don't suppose you could get interleaving switched off on my line, which is a BT wholesale ADSL Max line rented through Talktalk?

I used to get 8128k syncs all the time for over a year, then had some problems with my line that caused my syncs to drop and interleaving to be put on. Openreach have now fixed the line fault, but Talktalk can't (or won't) get interleaving taken back off.

Since it is a BT service under the covers, I wonder if BT can help? Might even encourage me to migrate back to BT when my TT contract ends...

Cheers,

Axolotl

Also, do you know if DLM ever takes interleaving back off again automatically, once it has been applied, if the line is stable at 7616 kbps?

Thanks.

Cheers,

Axolotl

The BT Reps are not allowed to look at other providers lines.

You'll need to talk to the talk talk reps.

Who did you PM? You have replied in the thread to this post, and he isn't a BT rep.
