Ah.

I never clicked it, but from the comments it sounds a bit of a mess?

In reply to a post by TJNewton:
I despair! I worked for BT for 40 years man and boy and so have a vested interest in the company which, less face it, has undergone massive changes over the years. I posted how pleased I was to see BT actively involved with problems being posted on this site and then I see the the iGoogle widget sticky posted by BT Care and all hope fades.

Have they actually looked at this link?? Do they really think it is good PR?? Do they think the comment posted is going to sell this app?? And if the link is incorrect who checked its validity??

For goodness sake stop shooting yourselves in the foot BT and stop me turning into zyborg47 ;0)

It is pretty funny, But as you said it is not good PR. thank goodness BT engineers are slightly better.

In reply to a post by RatSalad:
I do have Igoogle as my home page, so thought I'd have a look at the gadget, but it was out-of-date from the time BT_Care posted the link... but then seeing as it's BT I'm not surprised and had a little smile to myself thinking "Typical"

I tend to stay away from Google if I can, so I certainly would not have their page as my home page, all google cookies are blocked here and I got Ghostery to block their Analytics as well.
