I've sent you (bt_care) a pm too, after starting another contract with BT, my interleaving has been turned on. Numerous phonecalls etc later and i don't seem to be getting anywhere.

Unfortunatley I don't seem to have received your PM, however I've sent you another pm with more of my details and a brief synopsis of the situation. I hope this is enough for you.

In essence I previously had Interleaving turned off, but after ordering a new BT service it had defaulted to "on". After many phonecalls and call backs it still appears to be "on".

It affects my ping / latency and makes a noticable difference (improvement) when it is turned off.

Hi i am new to this forum and also new to BT. I get very bad PING on servers in the UK and would like to have interleaving turned off.
Could someone PLEASE assist me with this as it is driving me crazy and i would like to be able to play online games without any hassel and HUGE pings 70+.
