Is your online account working properly or is it just me ?
I can log in OK but when I do there's only the account number and account ref.
no billing or recent calls etc.
I've reported it to BT and still waiting.
If this has been reported its probably with the bt.com faults team who will investigate to see if this is a problem affecting your individual profile. They should contact you to advise what is happening.
If you don't hear anything however, drop me an email to [email protected] and I can chase it with them.

I've tried everything I can think of, all I get when I log in is the picture of the one legged woman asking me to upgrade my BB for £7.78. my account ref and phone number and some hyperlinks
asking me to change my calling plans etc. all the links result with a "a error has occurred" message.
UPDATE .
I've found that if I log in as usual and get the one legged woman screen (lol) , then click on the BT home tab,then navigate to the side panel and click on "pay your bill" I then get the pament page from this I can navigate to the other section of my account.
Stops me getting bored I 'spose, Lol.

It seems BT have changed it so that you can only view online billing if you are signed up for paper-free billing. Previously, you could get online billing and paper billing simultaneously.
