Very Slow ?

Hi.
Ive been with bt now for 3 months (unlimited option) and bt vision.The past few weeks its got so bad that we can only use 1 pc at a time because of the very slow internet,If we watch youtube we can not do anything else at the same time.
I have done a speedtest as follows and im bit worried about the ip profile of 900kbps?
