Connection stability

[link to this post]

Do these stats indicate an unstable connection ?
I've taken them from two routers as follows -

Home Hub v2
Downstream 9,082 Kbps
Upstream 889 Kbps
Noise margin (Down/Up) 3.4 dB / 5.8 dB
Line attenuation (Down/Up) 42.5 dB / 23.8 dB
Output power (Down/Up) 20.7 dBm / 12.4 dBm

Netgear DG834
Downstream Connection Speed 8827 kbps
Upstream 1029 kbps
Line Attenuation down 41 db - up 12 db
Noise Margin down 3 db - up 5 db

Thanks.

Just different routers. Is the upstream attenuation on the Netgear a typo for 22dB though?

Hi Robertos,
No I don't think it's a typo as I copied and pasted from the router.
The story has sorta moved from that now, I've reposted here -
