Hey, after having successful feedback from you guys, thought I'd try my luck again.
I'd like my interleaving turned off if I may, just give me a shout as to who to PM and I'll gladly send you my details.

I emailed BT support and within two days it was turned off.

another question, is it possible for the target SNR to be lowered? Its currently set at 15dB from what I can see on the router stats.
