how to get interleaving switched off

i have standard upto 8 meg and i am trying to get the interleaving switched off and channel turned to fast.

my isp is bt and they say it is off but my router says it is on amd i get poor pings on line
my download is sound and my line is sound.
Downstream Rate: 7616 kbps
Upstream Rate: 448 kbps
Channel: Interleaved
Current Noise Margin: 4.0 dB (Downstream) 26.0 dB (Upstream)
Current Attenuation: 34.0 dB (Downstream) 18.0 dB (Upstream)
bras 6500 kbps

please help as bt do not want to know

i have had a bt openreach engineer out and asked him to put notes on the job and still no joy,

i have had a lift and shift and changed the e-side pair and rf3 filter and nte2000 front plate. still they have not taken off the interleaving off.
