Fixed Profile

Thinking of moving to BT Broadband, but have an unstable line! Is it possible to get a fixed 2mb profile on Max Adsl as I have this unstable line?

Can't seem to get a definitive answer from BT, but my present ISP seem to have no problem??

what readings are you getting on you router.post them on here and might help answer your question

Have been on the phone all day to BT, I was just passed from pillar to post , it seems you just chase your tail if you ask for something out of the ordinary. It's near impossible to reach anyone who really knows what to do, let alone make an actual decision. Hopeless unless you meet all their scripted criteria.
I give up!!!!! and will stay with my smaller ISP who understands and solves problems quickly and efficiently.
