Am I thinking of accepting an order from an ISP then?

Certainly BT Infinity cannot be ordered with a lower than 15Mbps estimate, but other companies seem to be able to place them. The actual connection has always been well over 15MBps though

its not cancelled as such, but if a sync greater than 15m cannot be achieved then the job is returned to sales
