Am a BT customer in Surrey and there seems to be problems with DNS and Facebook.
ping facebook.com gives me 69.63.181.12 works, but when I connect to facebook.com from a web browser it no longer works, I guess some subdomain is having problems resolving.
My DNS are
Primary DNS: 194.72.0.114
Secondary DNS: 194.74.65.69
If I switch to use Google's free DNS service, it works fine
Seeing 30% packet loss over 10 pings here
