In the end my link fell over as it stated to have errors and also the SNR got lower in both direction - 3.1 db (Down) and 4.5 db (Up). It then came back at a lower sync rate in a down stream direction and a higher sync rate in an upstream direction. Lets see what the DLM does with the line now.
