Reseller sites have said (relatively clear if you can find it) is an FTTC contract cannot be relocated to a new house. You must pay out the remainder of the contract and start a new one.
I can't see this type of thing being initiated by the resellers so I assume it's either come from Openreach or whichever wholesale provider the resellers use (Entanet I guess).

I can see that ending up in a court of law, with a request for it to be deemed an unfair contract.

If you were to move to another enabled location and wanted to continue to receive Fibre Optic Broadband, you would need to order a second service while completing the terms of your original service."

It seems some resellers are tackling it in a different way;

"Moving the fibre service to another property (house move) will be subject to a £125.00 one-off charge"
