Moving house with Infinity would also of course only be possible if the new address had Infinity available. What BT T & Cs say about if it doesn't I will leave to you to look up. I expect they will count a switch to ADSL2+ as maintaining your contract though.
Reseller sites have said (relatively clear if you can find it) is an FTTC contract cannot be relocated to a new house. You must pay out the remainder of the contract and start a new one.
I can't see this type of thing being initiated by the resellers so I assume it's either come from Openreach or whichever wholesale provider the resellers use (Entanet I guess).
