Re: Thinking of leaving Virgin for BT Infinity?

I left VM for BT infinity about 2 months ago. No problems, smooth changeover. I currently get 37MB on there 40MB service. Had to have a new modem due to overheating but BT dealt with this in good time. So far well pleased.

Nice one Ash, you will love Tivo even though it still has a few teething problems like EPG not being up to date & you cant record in background & watch TV like you could when i had my V+ box, theres also no reminders on it like there was on V+, but there ment to be a software update in October to sort some of the problems out, well you beat me to the 100Meg good luck with both installs hope it all gose well, im jealous now about the 100Meg.

James.

thanks mate TBH i never watch live TV anyway lol i record it all and watch it in a convenient time to me so i can also FF adverts out haha plus the reminder thing wont bother me ive been using sky TV for years and that dont have it either lol,

Yea im counting down the hours till friday haha ive stillgot my sky BB till next year but its been goin down a lot lately and losing speed so i decided [censored] to it gunna get VM now phoned sky and got a discount on my sky things from complaining then rung VM and orded lol.

They've Given Me 6 months half price free instal/activation and a free tivo 500 box and also there installing in 4 days from order so i consider very good bargain lol.
